We currently deliver only within India (all 28 states and 8 union territories).

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Weekends & holidays extend processing time. Orders placed after 2 PM IST may count the next business day.

Delivery Expectations

Address Accuracy: Ensure your address includes PIN code, landmark, and active phone number. Failed Deliveries: 2 attempts will be made. Returned orders incur a 50% restocking fee. Delays: Festive seasons (Diwali, Holi) or extreme weather may extend timelines.

Packaging

Spices are sealed in food-grade, airtight packaging with cushioning to preserve freshness and prevent leaks.
